Frequently asked questions about on-site EV stations

How do I use the on-site EV stations?

Use your charging card (laadpas) to activate the station and follow the instructions provided at the unit. When you’re finished, end the session and move your car so others can charge.

Do I need to tell you I’m bringing an EV?

Yes—please mention your electric car when you reserve. This helps our team plan and support your charging needs during your stay.

What are the check-in and check-out times if I want to align charging with arrival or departure?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Early check-in (from 11:00) or late check-out (until 15:00) is available for €10 and depends on availability.

Are there quiet hours I should be aware of around the chargers?

Yes. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please keep noise to a minimum if you’re plugging in or unplugging during these times.

What languages does the team speak if I have charging questions?

Dutch, German, and English are spoken on-site, plus a little Czech.
